Which Health & Fitness Trends Are Influencing Plus-Size Fashion?

Post by Flower »

I have noticed that fitness trends are in plus-size fashion now. You see all different stretchy activewear fabrics everywhere now. Ribbed tops, body-hug jumpsuits, biker shorts, plus size people just want to move freely and still look good.

Which trend do you think affect plus-size fashion the most?

I see it with hiking a lot.

Lots of plus size hikers are getting compression wear that is actually made for them.

This is awesome news! That means more plus sized individuals can wear comfortable compression gear while hiking, cycling or any other exercise.

And I see it with all genders. More and more people are not caring what others think and I like that.

I wear compression apparel when I bike and trail run. It's comfortable and keeps me from chaffing. I started wearing half-tights (men's biker shorts) and tights hiking, too. To me, it's another form of fitness, so why not?

Of course, here lately it's been cold and I have wear everything LOL
