My fitness goes to hell in a handbasket this time of the year...
Daylight is gone pretty much when I get off work so it's hard to get a bike ride or run in.
I don't like gyms...
I eat sweets because tis the season of sweets.
By spring, I'm starting all over again on my fitness goals.
How about you all?

Yeah this time of year can be hard to keep on track. Do you have any exercise equipment at home? That could help you until it starts getting warm out again.

I have thermal gear to keep going outdoors like insulated tights and shirts for cycling and trail running.Ravenfreak wrote: Fri Nov 28, 2025 11:00 pm Yeah this time of year can be hard to keep on track. But for the worst days, I have weights at home and a Yoga pad. I just need to get in the habit of using them.
